This remodel transformed a neglected ground floor room into a welcoming space for entertaining by adding a wet bar and refreshing the den area and bathroom. Along with the addition of custom hickory cabinets and granite countertops, the redwood paneling was swapped for sheetrock, and a closet under the stairs was converted into a wet bar and plumbed for a sink.

Two dated aluminum sliding doors were replaced with Pella triple-pane patio doors, and custom cabinets and shelving were installed in the den for storage and books. Flooring and plumbing problems were fixed in the adjacent bathroom, and new recessed lighting was added throughout the space.
